Intro
The application searches your save files for current rider skills, salary and potential. You may also switch to look for younger riders. If you find the young rider you like, you will need to get a scout to those regions to find them!

Instructions
File open > Open cdb
Find the save file you wish to search, then open.
There is no loading screens (wait a few seconds).
Then begin you're searches!

In advance, major apologies for lack of polish, I realize its a bit ugly, lack of loading screens, possible bugs. But it was made in a few evenings, initially mostly hard coded for personal fun more than anything. But I thought I may as well tidy it a little and release it to the community.
If you have any feedback, bugs, or want any useful additional features, post in the forum and let me know.

Honestly I'm not much keen of looking rider's maximum in the DB, especially for young riders, I feel it's a little bit cheating. But nice job, even if, as you say, it lacks some polish, it seems like a useful feature for those who like to combine specific searches
Btw, I'd change the Region ID to the region name. Perhaps you know about this, but you can find the region which corresponds to that ID in STA_region and the name of the region in English (and other languages) in STA_localized_string (Local.cdb), corresponding to each region gene_strID_name.
