Fitness schedules deleted after season?
Mithrillian
I just jumped over to season 2 with my team, and it seems like all my configured fitness schedules have been distorted, and (although I don't know for 100% sure I had them in the first place) my customs deleted.. Does anyone know why and/or how to save them?

MacC
Well you could save them somewhere else on the computer and the just paste them back in at the start of the sesaon?

Mithrillian
Problem.. Where are they saved? Lol.

EDIT2: While you're at it, could you tell me which of the bars covers the WC?

I cant recall off the top of my head buit its fairly straight forward- something like schedules/custom.........

The WC is marked whats the problem?

Its at the very start of the secong week so if you want to peak the first bar is probably the one you want highest. By the way that looks a very heavy schedule

Mithrillian
I'll take away Everything in July. It's for my cobblers. They're doing heir stuff in february, only to reappear at the WC.

Anyway, the WC is the second bar?

You have to make sure that a rider is in top form when he does the race. Also do not forget that it takes some time to get into shape. So at the first day of the level 6 bar, your rider might not have 80 fitness points.

The second bar in your images is after the race mostly, so that bar is for nothing.

But if some riders only race in Sprint and Autumn, then you can lower the training down to level 1 in between.

You can test it by pressing "evaluation" in a custom schedule

Mithrillian
Yeah, it didn't turn out too bad.

EDIT: How does your planner work lachi? Is it just another extra pogram or is it integrated?
Edited by Mithrillian on 30-08-2012 16:10

Lachi
Of course it is not integrated. I am not working for Cyanide.

Mithrillian
Well, maybe you guys found a way to integrate it.

But in fact, I was hoping it wasn't integrated.

Is there a guide somewhere?

EDIT: Again.. My fitness schedule got deleted... Huh? Maybe season planner screwed it?

What are you talking about? If you don't have my season planner, how can it delete your fitness schedules? If you have my planner, why are you asking for a guide (and why did you ask if it is integrated)?

BTW: The schedules are in the save, so it is almost impossible that they got deleted.

Mithrillian
Just downloaded the planner.. But it's pretty clear.

Asked or a guide since I was downloading at that very moment.

I don't know how those fitness schedules got deleted, but I had planner on and when I looked back the schedules were gone.

Lachi
Sorry, I can't follow. Three hours ago, you said that your schedules where gone.
And you downloaded my planner half an hour ago? Or did you use my planner and after that the schedules are gone?

Where did you make the schedules, in the game or in my planner? Where do you miss your schedules? And what you do mean with "although I don't know for 100% sure I had them in the first place", how can't you know if you did the schedules?

Mithrillian
First of all I started this thread because the riders no longer had the right schedule assigned to them after I jumped season. At that point I was talking about cyanide ones, not ones I made myself.

Also I said I wondered if I HAD created some fitness schedules in season 1, in which case they got deleted when I jumped season.

Since I went ProTour, I decided I needed customs anyway, so I decided to make some. After I finished 3 of them I decided to try out your planner.

After I ''used''* the planner 1 time I went back to my game, finding my newly created customs were gone except for one of them.

Now that's my situation at this moment. I don't know if I should waste more time on making another set of customs, if they'd get deleted anyway. Now I do not say your planner had anything to do with deleting the schedules, nor do I have the feeling it did, I am merely stating they were gone after I ''used''* the planner.

*used as is opened my save file, looked around and closed again, didn't touch anything.

I think I understood. But let me put it in other words:
1. You made some schedules in the game
2. You did not move to the next day but quit the game
3. You opened your save with my planner
4. You did not use "export to cdb" in my planner
If this is true then the problem is obvious:
The game does auto-save after racing a race but it does not save if you quit after doing some changes. So you schedules got lost when you quit the game.

BTW: If you do not use the "export to cdb", then your save will remain untouched by my planner. And when using "export to cdb", then make sure not to overwrite your save. This way you can always revert back to your original save.

Edit: But there is no reason for creating schedules in the game if you are using my planner. At least that is what my planner is for.

This is it I think. Didn't know this fact. That must've been the problem.

Still makes me wonder about one thing. Why did my schedules get distorted when I jumped season in the first place?

EDIT: Oh something else, your planner is great, except I'm missing something.

Since I'm kind of n00bish, I would've liked a feature in your planner showing me where on the fitness schedule are which races, like you can see in the game (see old picture below).

Ahm.. there is such a feature? Each race you add to the rider will appear on the fitness schedule in the Season Planner.

Really? That's brilliant! Must've overlooked it then

Lachi
You should do the planning first, after that you see the races when doing the schedule.
