2012 Team Time Trial Nominations

Running concurrently with the individual aspects of the worlds is the Team Time Trial, where teams from each nation compete for glory in the most technical part of the sport! Because of the different nature of the race, there is a separate thread for this which will help to keep everything less cluttered in the individual aspect.
The course will be the same as the elite TT course, which is 58km long and will take in the Muur once.
Each nation which qualifies gets a team of 8 riders. All riders nominated for the individual events will be automatically nominated for the TTT as well, but this thread is a place to nominate riders for this discipline who weren't nominated for the individual event. In some cases, there may not be enough riders nominated from any particular country. In those cases the teams may supplement with riders from the free rider pool. The nations who qualified are:

Netherlands
Russia
Colombia
Switzerland
Italy
Belgium
USA
Germany
Kazachstan
France
Austalia
United Kingdom
Ukraine
Denmark
Sweden
Belarus
Czech Republic
Lithuania
Norway
New Zealand
Portugal
Slovenia
Luxembourg
We are also looking for selectors in this event, but if you already nominated as a selector for the individual events, again that will carry over. The only new nation here in need of selectors is Belarus.
