Hey guys, i'm wondering if anyone can help me with creating a new national team? has anyone tried it yet?
my plan was to use lachi's editor or the fast editor from 2011 and just add a new team in the national teams table copying the characteristcs of the existing teams and just replace the country name with ireland (in my case).
and does anyone knows how i can change the national team i'm managing in an savegame?
Find the team in DYN_national_team that you want to replace and rename it to the country you want to replace it with. Memorize the ID of this team.
Open STA_country, find the country that you're replacing and set a 0 in fkIDnationalteam. Then find the country you've replaced the other one with and input the memorized ID.
As for changing the national team you're managing, not sure, but try changing the national team ID in GAM_user -> fkIDteam_national_duplicate.

Just a reminder for anyone who's new to database modding and also wants to change a nationalteam:
For the correct Teamshirts you must add an 256x256 tga-Graphic in GUI/team_shirt/ named nxxx_minimaillot.tga (or you get an pink quadrate in the nationalteam-menu)
and for the 3d-Teamshirts you must create a folder 3d/cyclists/cloth/team/nxxx and put an nationalteam-shirt inside (named nxxx_maillot.tga) - you find a lot of national 3d-shirts at the shirt-section of this side.
nxxx is the code you put in the DYN_national_team/gene_sz_abbreviation-column.
