How to edit a race's reputation in save game

Hey.

Can anyone tell me how to edit a race's reputation in my save game? By reputation, I mean that bigger riders will compete in the race making it more prestigious to win. Some of you may have noticed that Post Danmark Rundt (Tour of Denmark) has a pretty strong peloton this year with riders like Wiggins, Cavendish, Greipel, Boonen, Geraint Thomas and Michael Rogers. Post Danmark Rundt is a very small race in the game, and none of the famous riders ever ride it.

Please help me to add this to my game. I would be very grateful!
