1960's Saint Raphael shirt

I wonder if anyone is aware of a Saint Raphael shirt from the early sixties, i.e. if it's been made for PCM, with a matching mini-shirt? It looks like this:

As for Saint Raphael shirt, the 1960 is not made, but since you mentioned early sixties, the '62 is (actually the only one made):
