Is there any way that I can play with the RSM-News DB riders and stats, but with the PCM Daily graphics, races etc?

You'd need to edit the DB to merge some of the tables. The graphics would be the same without any need for editing, since the PCMDaily DB only replaces and add files from the original game, which is often what other DBs also use, but apparently the RSM-News changes all that to "rn-xxx"?, so you'll either need to rename the abbreviations in the DB or rename the files.
