After a few years the races keeps repeading them selves with the same stages year after year. how can I solve this?

You could check if the variants are included in your savegame by looking in DYN_variant_date and DYN_variant_stage (open your savegame with an editor). There should be a lot of lines there if the variants are 'included' in your savegame.

they are. they varied the first few years but it seems like it is stuck at a specific year in e.g. tour de france, giro d'italia and vuelta espana.

The rotation system seems to have stopped. anyone know how i wotrks?

i'm in 2018. I don't know but my guess is 3-4 years with the same routes.
