What does value_i_year_max mean?

Hi,

In the editor (Lachi's), under DYN_sponsor, there's a field called value_i_year_max. What does this mean? I notice all sponsors end up with a value here, so I'm assuming it's something else than how long they can be sponsors? If so, wouldn't the game be completely empty of sponsors by 2025 (or whenever the last one of them end)?
