Can i refuse promotion at the end of the year ? (or edit it not to happen)

yeah, well ... I sort of like it in the Pro Continental because while i would like to race some more high profile races next year i´m not crazy about having to ride in every UWT race and all 3 Grand Tours.

Might seem weird, but i was going on a 2 year plan to go from Pro Continetal to the World Tour and as it looks now will finish safely in 2nd place which would mean promotion, right ?

so, what´s the best way to keep me in Contintal another year.

You could edit your savegame with an editor: wait after the teams swap divisions (October 18th I think) then change your team's fkIDdivision in DYN_team back to 11 (Pro Conti). Also I think you better change one pro conti to WT (11 to 10). But you must do it before the beginning of the year (so Oct 20th - Dec 31st).

I always edit the ranking of my team. I think it would be the superprestige ranking.
So remove some points from your team and another team will get promoted instead.
I did not do it recently so I cannot remember which table to edit.

I tried what lluuiiggii proposed (me 10 to 11 and one of the 2 relegated teams back to 10) and that worked very well, allready in march next season and everything worked.

@ Lachi : Still thanks for that idea Smile
