Sponsor budget for season 2

I started a career with a custom team with a budget of 40k a month a sponsor contract of 2 years. I'm going to get promoted to the continental pro division in the end of the season. Thing is, I'm now in the 1st of July and would like to buy some new riders but for that I need to know what my budget will be for the upcoming season. Is there anyway to estimate that?
Somewhere i've read that it's based on the superprestige ranking but I've also read that sponsor hapiness might have something to do with it so I'm a bit confused.

Unless you're changing/renewing contract with your sponsor, the budget won't change, it's fixed for the contract period (quite stupid btw but that's the way it is).

Well, at least in PCM11 it didn't happen. I'd believe that it has kept the same in 12, but not sure.

I am pretty sure that this message was the same in PCM11 but I cannot check because I have not installed it any more. Like lluuiiggii I doubt that you get more money.
But you could just risk it and sign some more riders. But does the game even allow to sign "expensive" riders? |

I'm screwed. I made my team for the first year counting on getting more money for the second year.
To Lachi, yes I can. I just signed Boasson Hagen (28500€/month). Either I'll make it work with him or I'll start a new save.

There is always a way to raise your budget if the game does not do it. I think this is not cheating as the game itself told you that you will get more money. Ask again if you did not get more money but want to continue your career never the less. |

I played with Vacancesoleil after my Coldeportes team was bankrupted.
After one and a half great seazons, i hook a big sponsor who will pay me double (6, 6 mil ) what i have from Vacancesoleil.
But i am in debt (not much just 45 000) and all my good riders leave coz i can't offer them more then 2k , even tough next seazon i will be the richest team BULLOCKS.

I got promoted also after my first season when I ran my mess about season to see what was what in this game and the budget remained exactly the same. However my rider/staff wage bill is only about 15k more than the sponsors budget so i'm pretty sure I can cope with race winnings added to the mix, chase after intermediate sprints prizes more often and go for the mountain jersey in tours if at all possible, anything which can give you a little extra money. |

How do you fix your account, i found this DYN_MANAGER and there is a number '6' so now what ?
İ am pretty old (grew up with commodore 64) so i am not to handy in these things.
Anyway do you know if a next patch or database will fix this coz the finances are really screwed up.
With continental team i have to sack my whole staff
(yes they saddle you with a staff that cost 75k a month), put money on easy and still you can't do jack.
Then they ask you to ride the tour, tirreno and giro ?????
Why are are they ruining a beautifull game ?

The last patch improved staff and goals for smaller teams, but not sure about custom ones.
As for DYN_manager, change the number that is under "finan_i_solde" (that number, btw, is the Euro values you'll have in game).

have steam so latest patch too, still my combined staff for Colnago
is 75k, now lets say for arguments sake you get 10 000 for a win (on average including later tourstandigs and jerseys) thats still 7 wins every month even the months with no racing.
Everytime cyanide claims to make it more realistic ahum...they really think the fysio, scout, trainer, entrencefee of lets say europecar are all payed with what Voeckler got on top of the mountains ??
So you have to fire them not to go bankrupt and if you want even a lousy local trainer you can pay again ....NUTS.
Then you get a better sponser (for which you have to pay another dork) and after you signed the whole team and your tresearer don't know about this......very realistic.
İ mean sure you can fiddle with some databases yourself, but it seems nobody at cyanide has any idea of how a cyclingteam works, especially the bookkeeping.
So people can discuss stats of riders when the core of the game (which in my case is getting in 2050 with guys that probably never will exsist..) is getting obstructed because new features are only worked out half assed.
So if Cyanide want to broathen the aspects of the game,
a few pointers
A - make them work properly
B - don't let them obstruct the basic fun of the (career) game
C - have a way to turn it off or minimize effect
(and don^t say you can put it on easy, in case of colnago the difference between hard and easy is 2000 a month, or lets say bankrupt 30 days later)
PLEASE DO NOT READ IF YOU HATE RANTING IDIOTS
btw i could just play something else but i am addicted to cycling-manager SAD BUT TRUE

I did not read you rant because you told so, but remember that you have to start an new career after installing the patch. Also when you play a small team, select the easy budget difficulty at the start of the career. |
