Advanced editor trouble

Hi
I have for a long time struggled to change things in various editors.
I am playing career with Telenor merida (formerly Joker) in season two and I'm struggling financially, but when I go into the advanced editor to change the budgetet comes only the following message:
"Invalid characters in the specified encoding. Line 1509240, position 33"
Anybody can help me?
(sorry for bad english, use google translator)

Which editor, the Full Editor? Never heard about any problem with it and invalid characters.

Did you try opening it with other editors? (Lachi's, PCM Fast Editor)

If you want to use an editor which works with XML files, then you cannot have invalid characters in the database.
Did you use special characters when entering the player name? Like the ö in Mörkov
The Fast editor does not use XML, so this error cannot come, so I guess you did not try the Fast editor yet.

I did not apply special characters.
I cant start Fast editor for some reason.
