Where to place National Shirts?

When I have made my own shirts, I put them into the folder fx c00 to use it on my custom team, but where to place the national champion shirts so it will appear on my custom team, in the game?

Into the same folder. They just need to be named different.
c00_maillot should be your team shirt.
c00_maillot_ger would be the German shirt then.

another thing, what about the world champion shirt? what do i have to call that?
