Problem with leadout train

Hi,

I'm struggling to win flat stages.
When i do a leadout train with Team Liquigas everything works fine till the last two riders. In this case Viviani and Sagan.
Viviani is in the front about 3 - 2,5 km to go. Then another leadout man (normally it's Boasson Hagen who is leading out Cav) starts to sprint. I react with Viviani and let him sprint, too.
The big problem or difference is, that Sagan while he is following Viviani goes out of the saddle and loses energy. Cavendish on the other side is sitting pretty relaxed in his saddle and saves his energy. In the end i lose the sprint.
I know Cav's stats are better than Sagan's but why can he follows his sprinting leadout man sitting in the saddle and i'm not able to do that???
Any tips???

What are the sprint stats of Viviani and Sagan?

Viviani:
Flat: 75
Sprint: 79
Acceleration: 78

Sagan:
Flat: 77
Sprint: 80
Acceleration: 82

Well it makes sense because Sagan has to put in a lot more effort to follow someone like Viviani than Cavendish would have to put to follow EBH. Your lead-out will be faster though and probably last longer, to make up for this.

As for sitting in the saddle/sprinting out of it, I'm pretty sure it's just the animation and it has no effect. In PCM11 Cyanide changed a bit the animation in sprints, and the main sprinters were only sit behind their lead outs (much more realistic than they in sprinting animation with 2 men still ahead of him). But it only works for AI trains, and not for you own Pfft
