I have played an entire season with Saxo Bank, with a balance in minus, and I dont get fired...why? 2. thing...is it possible to remove Contador's penalty, so I can play Tour de France with him in my first season in career?

As for the second, open your savegame with an editor. Find Contador in DYN_cyclist and change: 1) fkIDcyclist_state to 3; 2) fkIDinjury to 0. Stages \| 2000 DB
