Tour of Belgium crash

I have a game crash before the 3th stage of the Tour of Belgium, playing with expansion pack. Re-starting doesn't help. Too bad, I had won the 2 first stages in the sprint with Boonen ...

You could try to replace the file of that stage with a working stage file.
