More talents you mean like bigger number of riders? If yes, gene_i_weight.
As for more/less potential 7/8 riders, gene_f_chance_pot6/7 (yes, 6/7 = 7/8 in game, because in the DB the first potential value is 0, not 1).

gene f chance temp 6/7 has the number 0.35 - gene f chance temp 1/2 has the number 0.03. What does these numbers actually say? |

Chance for the rider favorite temperatures (see STA_temperatures), I think. Something irrelevant I think

It gives a chance for a rider to like certain weather or temperatures. Temperatures range from 0 - 7, I think going from cold to hot, then there are conditions that are snow, very bad, bad, good, very good.
These add a small bonus to the rider, either positive or negative based on the current weather, and if it is liked or disliked.

Can anyone tell me how can I just check which regions provide most 7-8 potential riders? I dont want any changes, only need to know which regions are good. |

You can open STA_region and see the column for pot_6 and pot _7 riders (which corresponds to potential 7 and 8 riders).

You find STA_region in option of your editor...You must use an editor to make these modifications. |

As ste said, you need to open the DB with a custom editor. STA_region is one of the DB tables, and gene_f_chance_pot6/pot7 are the columns you're looking for.
