Fitness Folders grrrrr!!!! HELP

Documents/Pro Cycling Manager XXXX/Fitness Schedule (the old schedules)
i found this folder and deleted the Schedules in it .
But where is the original Fitness Schedule Folder????
I cant seem to find it as ive downloaded a Schedule with the season planner and need to copy and paste them into the > Documents/Pro Cycling Manager XXXX/Fitness Schedule
IMPORT FITNESS SCHEDULES INTO THE GAME i would if i could find the folder LOL!!
Been looking and tryin to work it out for a hour or so now with no joy!

ive found the one in Documents/Pro Cycling Manager XXXX/Fitness Schedule
Where the original one, good am confused now!!!!!

There's no original fitness schedules folder, they're stored in the .cdb file itself. Read what's in the Planner about importing the fitness schedules to the game, it's very well explained.

Or try the latest version of my planner which puts the schedules in th game automatically. Can be found in the pcm 2012 forum. |

Well tried and still have same problem!
Done all this Select New plan from the start menu (the star), then select your save. (Extracting takes some time)
Click Season planner in the menu bar
In this list you can see at which races your team has participated / will participate
On the following lines you can see which riders participated
For all oncomming races you can asign riders to the races by checking them
The races are sorted chronologically, on top you see the class and the country of the race
You can see how many riders are allowed to participate.
Select Export to cdb and enter a new name for your save
And done the training and saved them in XML but still dont show up in game when i go to training /edit etc..
How do i manually open the fitness schedules folder so i can find the xml files? or where am i goin wrong?
I do see some schedules in training now, like 286 and 1966 etc im guessin these r the ones saved ?
I looked in the main game folder/ fitness schedules and is blank empty!
