in which map do you place the new jerses in pcm12, since this line does not exsist (cyanide\procycling manager\3D\cyclist\cloth\team\Wink...

Same thing as PCM11, meaning that the directory you posted is correct (not necessarily the Cyanide/PCM part, but Main PCM folder/3D/etc etc is correct).
