I have a problem when I create a custom team. Whatever you do, and change is always a sponsor revenues 4,080,000 .. and I do not like it because after a month and I already have too much money and lose sense of the game ..Can anyone help me?
when starting a carrer you can change the orientation of the team
lowering the orientation will mean you have less money.
alternatively you can edit budgets using an editor

i'm looking at threads for the fantasy jersey's..and i can't get it..how to use them and change the custom team jersey with them? I see only pictures and i can't get them like that in editor..

Save them in your computer, then convert to 32-bit .tga (filesize should be 556 KB), unless there's a download link in which case the jersey is already in .tga. Then, you need to place the jersey in Program Files/Cyanide/PCM11/3D/Cyclists/Cloth/team/c_xx, called cxx_maillot.
xx = number from 00 to 19, which corresponds to the team jerseys you can choose when creating a custom team. If you sticked with the first shirt when creating it, it'll be c00. If you don't know/don't remember which one you choose, you can see it by opening your savegame, looking for your team in DYN_team -> column jersey_sz_abbrevation.
