I'm not the best when it comes to computers, so after looking for it, I decided to just ask more experienced guys:
How do you add a created stage into the game on PCM 2012? (without using external editors)
On 11 it was just part of the DB editor of the game, but the race-editing is gone in this version, it seems.

You have to use an external editor.

Okay, thanks.
That's a minor fail on PCM 2012 then, imo. It was nice to be able to edit it with the game itself.
