Hello,
I hate sounding noobish, but i don't know how to download any of the Databases for download.
I've read the instructions and tried to do it many, many times but it never gets any easier. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't know how to download or not sure how to install them? Which DB are you trying to download/install more specifically, the installation method can vary for some DBs so it's easier to explain

For some reason had thought this was the PCM12 forums 
Anyway, there are basically two options to download the PCMDaily 2012 DB: by torrent or by WUpload.com, in several parts. You can check all the download links here.
After you've downloaded the files, you'll get one "PCMdaily2012DBV1" (or some name like that) .exe file and some other files with the same name and extensions .001, .002, .003, etc. Make sure you have all the files in the same folder and run the .exe.
Then, it's very easy to install since the .exe is a self-installer. The only thing you need to do is make sure that the files are being installed to the correct directory. By default, the .exe installs the files to C:/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2011. However, depending on the country/language you got the game from the name of the main folder may vary. For example, if you have the French version, it'll be Pro Cycling Manager - Saison 2011.
Therefore, when you reach the step in which the installer asks for a directory to install, click on "Browse" and manually choose the folder inside Program Files/Cyanide. (or wherever you've installed the game; if you have installed it in drive D:, then point the .exe to drive D . If you're sure that you've got the English version of the game ( = that the name of your PCM main folder is English), you don't need to manually select the folder where the files will be installed.
After you've installed, in game, go in Options -> Database and choose "PCMDaily2012DBv1". That's it

Hm, apparently WUpload has changed since the files were uploaded. In which case, the only way to download is by torrent (unless you download the Expansion Pack which has multiupload mirrors, then the Pre-Beta, which is through the site, and the Pre to Public Beta update and Public Beta to V1 update which are both also through the site. But obviously that's much more work and much slower compared to the torrent option).

You need to have a program like uTorrent. After download the torrent (.torrent file), you double click and it'll be opened in uTorrent, and then you'll start the 'real' download.

Well, since uTorrent is a "global" program (unlike the PCMDaily DB), I guess you can find more help through Google

Yeah, im on the website and pressed Download. It came up with a thing asking if i wanted to save it and i said yes. Then nothing happened... |

You have to install uTorrent. Go where you saved the downloaded file, then double click it.

Perdón por no escribir en inglés. He descargado todas las bases de datos del 2012 tal y como explicáis, pero al jugar me salen los logos del equipo con una bandera rosa, como puedo arreglarlo? Gracias! |

You probably have installed the files to the wrong folder. Make sure that the installation is directed to the folder you installed the game.
One way to see if that has happened: go to Program Files/Cyanide/ and see if there are two folders about Pro Cycling Manager 2011 (one of them is the Spanish version I guess? Pro Cycling Manager - La Vuelta - Temporada 2011?). Anyway, if there are two folders, copy all the files from the English folder (Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2011) into the other folder.
