Editing Race Names, etc

Loaded up the editor hoping to change names of races (Super Giro de Italia, etc) and there isn't the option to do so! Just riders, track riders and teams. Any ideas how to edit race names, etc?

You can open all tables of a DB, including the race tables, by using another editor (not the official one), which you can find in the downloads section:

The table for races is STA_race.

Thanks very much! What about all the "Cya World Tour" nonsense? Where would I find that to change it to "UCI Pro Tour"?

Editing the Local.cdb, STA_localized_string.

You could also download DBs that does it for you. For example, the PCM France v3 DB corrects race names, correct the "Cya World Tour" stuff and does a lot of other things which you can read in the link above.

Yeah I know I could, I just like to do it myself thats all! I had a look at editing STA_localized_string but there weren't any entries to edit! There were in other areas of the database, but when I went to look at that one, nothing there. Any ideas?

You need to edit the Local.cdb, not the 'normal' .cdb file.
