Have downloaded a custom shirt I would like to add to my custom team.
Have converted it from PNG to TGA and placed in c00-folder under 3D shirts.

However I do not have the option to choose the shirt when I am supposed to pick one for the team.

Any suggestions what I do wrong??

Choose the first shirt. You haven't added a min ishirt, but C00(the first option) is in fact your shirt. It doesn't have a mini shirt that's all. You should see your real jersey in-game.

What you see when choosing the shirt when creating the custom team is the minimaillot, which is another file. So, in order to see your shirt when choosing it, you should also replace the c00_minimaillot file in Program Files/Cyanide/PCM12/Gui/team_shirt.

But you don't need the minimaillot, it you choose the first option that appears when creating a custom team, in 3D you should see your custom shirt.
