Hello! I've started a new game in career mode. Now I have finally discovered how to renew sponsor, have secondary sponsor, etc..
I have 2 questions. First, can I can get a sponsor and leave that I have as a child?. The second, in the editor there are several columns that are not to serve, are value_f_race_participation, value_f_effective and value_f_results. ¿Someone can tell me what are they?

Not sure if I understand the first question. As for the second, I believe these columns are related to the values of happiness of the sponsors concerning different things (noteworthy results, registered riders and squad [regions of interest]).

thanks! Now I have another more serious problem. When I'm in career mode I can not run any races, but is that any team runs. Does anyone know why?

Please explain better. Where do you click. What does happen. What is written on the screen.
