If you have the download version, you get 5 activations (so you'd use 2 to install on two different places). You can ask for more if you run out though (and you can't be online on both games at the same time). If you have the CD version, I think you can install as many times as you want, but you'll need to insert the CD at least once in three days (?) to play.
