Stage Editor Error

I created a lot of Stages for PCM 10 an never had big Problems, but now with the Stage Editor for PCM 11 I canot create Stages without a GPX route, when I try to do it without the GPX route comes a message:
Error
Cannot create the stage, dem file doesnt exists.
What can I do?

The area you're trying to create stages in isn't covered by the .dem files.
You should download the .dem packs, here.

You have them in PCM10 or 11? Did you also 'install' them in PCM11? And does the same gpx work in the PCM10 editor? I find it unlikely that it could be something else. The error message is clear in saying that the problem is that the .dem file doesn't exist.

It could also be because the area where you're trying to create your stage isn't covered in the packs either. In what country is your stage?

Ah, ok then. I also have this problem when trying to create stages from nothing. There are two workarounds: the first is, since you have PCM10, create the nothing stage in the PCM10 editor, save it and open in the PCM11 editor. The other is to choose random coordinates when creating the stage in the PCM11 editor and flatting it out with the terrain tools.

Incredible that the Stage Editor 11 is even worse than the SE 10. Im doing it like u said. One day Im gonna sue Cyanide.  |
