So just curious does the PC version have that funky be a pro mode looking view like the xbox and ps3 versions had?
Short and sharp by me.

No. It is free-roam camera.

Lame! I was hoping they would add that on since it seemed like such a good idea on the xbox. What about track? Is that still in there?

Yes, but it hadn't had a single improvement since PCM09 (except of course for the graphics, e.g. change of rider model).
