Is there any way i can disqualify riders from the tour?

And if i remove them from the startlist during the tour and the rider has won a stage, will he still keep his achievement?

If there are some hard stages still to come, you could set the mountain and stamina stats down to 50 so the rider won´t make it inside the time limit.

From your team or from another team? If from your team, you can simply put him on dot, effort 0 and he'll stop and soon abandon. If from another team, you can do it through an editor, but I'm not sure exactly how.

Theres no particular reason why. I just want to disqualify some of the guys that are loosing 4h+ .

Only changing fkIDrace in DYN_cyclist might not be enough. In this post CrueTrue explains how to put a rider back in a race:

So it might be something similar. I say make a backup of your save, and try the edits until it works
