Well after years of dodgy faces, finally a PCM that will allow our own custom faces to work. Hopefully. 
I had a go at Fabio Duarte, and this is my result. I will try it out in the viewer ASAP, but everyone else feel free to discuss.

Not sure if you know, but in PCM11 faces the eyes in the file you posted are irrelevant, the game gets the eyes file and paste them above the file you posted (which is why the default faces have closed eyes). The eyes in your file aren't in the correct position, so in game it'll look like the rider has 4 eyes. Kinda like Gilbert in this screen, but with 2 eyes placed on their normal place:

I don't know, I don't have the game (and I'm too lazy right now to test it in PCM11) Try it out in the viewer and post us a screen Btw, the eyebrows seems to be a bit misaligned this time.

Hmm this could be good i see cavendish in game face looks awesome now this could be the best ever pcm for faces ive had 
dont know whats going on but i cant seem to get any faces i put in to work.
i see there is a new folder called Professional with some riders in it i think this has somthing to do with faces and stuff so i wait for some one that knows what there doing

will you post all the screenshots of the riders who already are made?
Furthermore i would like to see the template of faces this year.
If anyone remember, then last year we had to "wrinkle out" the template in order of getting good results. Im wondering whether that is the case this year?
If we dont have to do anyting with the template, then thats good.
Can we get some screenshots without sunglasses?
Would like to see how they have made the eyes.
And at last if its possible please upload the tga files from the already made faces.
I will ofc post anything here myself when i get the game and made some faces
