What website or program was used to make sigs such as the one below or the PCM DAILY AWARDS SIGNATURE BANNERS...
I want to make one but do not know what to use.

I'm assuming it's just photoshop. Make a canvas that size, add the photos to crop and then add the certain text font.

I used a website that created mine for me. I tried finding but didn't have any luck in the 5 mins I looked. I will keep searching

I don't think it's a normal font (one you type the letters), instead it's a pixel-font (each line is only 1 px width). Same thing is done on Cyanide shirts background (for the shirt maker name) and several of these banners (and probably in a lot of other places, but there are the PCM related  ). They good part about this 'font', besides being pretty cool, is that it never gets pixelated Well if it's a 'normal' font (which you can download and install in your computer), I've never found it

Ok, they are called user bars. Have a search around google and you should find a few websites that allow you to create them for free. Good Luck

I think that is like minecraft font or something. Theres this website called dafont which has a lot of handy fonts.
