Is it feasible to edit the database to give correct results from a bugged race?
To give some background, I'm in the year 2012 in the official database. In the Dauphiné, the last stage never happened. Just skipped to the next day without playing in and in latest results , the stage times are all shown as "withdrawal". The GC times for everyone are still shown, though.
From my team, Richie Porte was in (a rather distant) 2nd place and Thibaut Pinot had an unassailable lead in the mountains classification, after a solo day-long break caught 1km from the line on the penultimate stage. As such, it's a race I'd rather like not to be erased from memory. Porte still has his TT stage wins listed, along with top 10s, and Pinot's podium place from his break is also still listed on his page.
However, the 2nd place in GC and the mountains win aren't listed on the rider pages, nor are their points allocated (I believe).
I've played around with it a little, and I could probably work it out with enough time and trial and error, but I'm concerned that it might damage the database if done wrong and I'm not exactly sure what to do.
DYN_palmarès seems to be the way to go, and with DYN_palmarès_cyclist, I've identified which entry there corresponds to which cyclist. I've got the race numbers, I just need to know exactly what I have to add for the remaining columns.

Yes, it's possible. And you're on the right way (DYN_palmares and DYN_palmares_cyclist). Here's an explanation of each column of DYN_palmares:

Thanks very much - you've been helpful as always. I was pretty sure that 3 was mountains, but 1 and 5 were confusing me.
Now to decide whether or not to just add Nibali (the winner), Porte and Pinot or to go through and do the rest.
I suppose I'll just pretend that the final stage was neutralised due to inclement weather.
