Is there a way to make the Road narrow between 2 Road Points without selecting for example one by one every single point?

Not sure if I understand it, do you want to make like the attached image? If yes, untick "Spline" and change the road points you want to narrow.

I want to do it like in the Pic for a Mountain but from beginning of the Mountain until the Top are 30 Points. Must I untick "Spline" for every single point or is there a way to do just klicking on the beginning and then in the End?

So there is only one road for before the mountain - mountain - after mountain, and you want the roads on the mountain only to be narrow? If you have already created the road, then yes, there's no other way to do it than clicking on each point you want the road to be narrow and set it as narrow (see which will need more clicks - turning from narrow to normal or normal to narrow). If you haven't created the road, you can create it until the part it gets narrow, then change the last created roadpoint to narrow and keep creating (now the next roadpoints will be created as narrow) and then turn it back on when the narrow section ends.
