Making a Plis

Heya Guys, I've been making jerseys for a while now but always from a plis which i downloaded.
I was wondering, How does one go about making a plis?

I don't how make a plis, but why do you want to do that? Curiosity on how them make it or do you want to make your own plis (to use in jerseys)?

There are too many folds on the PCM plis IMO. It is not realistic.

On the plis we put above the jersey (on the jersey file) or the plis that the game automatically uses in the jerseys?

I just mean in general. If you look at Wiggins his jersey doesn't have as many folds as most PCM-plis.

That's true. Concerning the plis on the image file, you can (if you're the jersey maker), lighten the plis to remove a bit more the folds. But honestly that doesn't make much difference in PCM, since the game uses a pre-set plis which has too many folds. For that case, Maddrengen has edited some files to take out these extra/unreal folds:

It's the texture that goes above the jersey and gives it a "real" look. Quite hard to say in words, this is a plis:

Partly out of interest, partly because i've seen Plis' such as the radioshack one, where an effect hyas been incorporated into the pliswith which you can build a jersey 
I'll do some investigating see if i can find a way to make one, in the mean time, if anyone has an answer, i'm all ears

Which file? The plis? You can't right click the image and save it on your computer. What do you mean it doesn't let me?
