how to put fantasy jerseys in the game

I tried to put jerseys in the game but it won't work!I looked several times on youtube but it just don't work!
can somebody help me please?

Well, you need to make sure that the jersey is 32-bit .tga (file size should be 556 KB), named correctly, and placed correctly (main PCM folder/CM_textures/cycliste/team/[team folder]). Here's a more detailed tutorial: https://pcmdaily.com/articles.php?arti...icle_id=91

thanks... wait another question maybe stupid but can I take shirts from this site? and how?
