Good extra features to add

They should definitely allow you more to choose what kind of team you want, like if you want to have a domestic team that only races in a certain region in certain events without your sponsors getting angry at you. They should also allow you to get real sponsors before your team even gets started whereas my custom teams sponsors "Mapei" only got there after the 2 season.

If not then they should let you customize a jersey.

They should also allow you to get offers from smaller secondary sponsors for the team as well

The game is almost finished and the features have been posted here or on the main page. But of course you are free to dream about the features of the 2013 version.

Anyway, don't get the part about real sponsors. And well, you can edit and create teams with your own jersey so I don't get the next point either. Concerning the last, there was such a feature until the last game (you negotiated with 3 secondary sponsors which also set you a goal in exchange for some extra money), but it was taken out with the new sponsors system.
