I had a career with Team Europcar that lasted for more than 8 seasons, but since then I haven't been able to ride even one season with any other club. I seem to lose interest in the team after a couple of months (in the game)
My plan is now to wait for PCM 2012, but I'm afraid I might have the same problem at PCM 2012. Anyone have any motivational hints/tips, maybe a certain team, a certain way of playing...?

There was a thread about this somewhere. Basically, the best way to get motivation is to set yourself a challenge, like creating a Swiss team and using only Swiss riders, etc. At least for me.
Thanks. I can't seem to find earlier topics in the search mode. When you type some words you're looking to find, they show up in so many threads that have nothing to do with what you're looking to find.
Well, concerning search always use more than one word (making sure that the 'search has to contain all words' is checked), try using key words which wouldn't appear frequently in other threads and specify the forum where it could be. But in this case you didn't need to go on the search, it was still on the first page of PCM11: General

And if those don't work I might just go back to Team Europcar, in that long career, I've really come to love the team!
