i don't know to use photoshop........just paint and that's isn't enough
how i can add my country in any other road/track db?
what files i need?with lachi editor it's posible?
mostly i want to edit some track dbs who were edited from oficial db.official db hasn't romania,no?

i opened local.cdb,at STA_TGA wasn't romania
i maked a back up from moldavia.tga and renamed romania.tga
at STA_TGA i added the line :
IDtga gene_sz_TGA
350 romania.tga
it wasn't taken this number in column IDtga
still in local,cdb,at STA_localised_string i added lines :
IDlocalised_string gene_sz_english ............
6066 Romania
6067 romanian
now i opened a ladder track db 16x1.cdb
at STA_Country i can't find Romania,so i add this line :
IDcountry CONSTANT gene_tgaID_flag gene_strID_country_team
72 ROM ??? ???
gene_i_world_ch_weigh
??
what numbers i must put at tga flag,strID and i_world_ch?
solved,i saw at spain and tga is 350 and strID is 6066
at DYN_track_cyclist i just change name of a country and putted romania id country 72
at DYN_national_team i add Romania with IDnational_team 147 and equipment 24,6,4
in track db i see my flag country,but the shirt it's a default shirt:white with red
if someone makes me a shirt in format .tga,i just put the file "nrom_minimaillot" in gui/team_shirt and it's linked automatically with romanian riders track and national champion road?

That would only be the minimaillot, the jersey which appears in 3D is placed in 3D/Cyclists/Cloth/Team. And you'd also have to link that to the Romania team in the DB.

in 3d/cyclist/cloth/country are 4 files with ROM.national champion
i need that folder with maillot in cloth/team/nrom/nrom_maillot
can you help me with a shirt?

That is the default champion jersey of Romania, and the other 3 files are the collars (used by riders who were champion of it). You could copy the champion jersey there and rename it nrom_maillot, put in the nrom folder in 3D/Cyclist/Cloth/Team and edit the DB to replace one of the national teams with Romania (you can't add new teams), linking this team to the nrom folder.

No, they'll also need a nrom folder with the nrom maillot in it, otherwise they'll see the default shirt.
