World tour leaders jersey problem

Heya guys, following my win in MSR with Tyler Farrar, he is now the Protour leader. I have made the jersey, but when i play the next race with him in, he is in a blank white jersey with teh blue logos, rather than the one i made.

Its a 32bit TGA file, correct size, named C10_maillot_protour saved in the file along with the jersey, accessories and NC jerseys.

Is this the correct name and location?
