Changing back from Cyclo-Cross?

So I installed the (awesome) Pro Cyclo-Cross Manager a while ago, and ever since, all roads on all stages are cyclo-cross styled, even when I play with the original DB's.
How can I change back to original road textures without reinstalling the game?

I think it's the 3D>Landscapes>Roads & 3D>Landscapes>Ground folders...

You 'think' so (by looking at folder names) or did you take a look at the files that come with the Cyclocross DB and saw these folders? Because the Ground folder has 133 MB (would take some time to download), but doesn't seem to have files which would make sense for the Cross DB to change..
