And uninstalled all of PCM componants from my computer en reloaded the whole game from A to Z. So there's nothing else in my PCM folders than the original files. Then, i downloaded the PCM Daily 2012 DB V1, which is said to be the complete and final Database, and install it properly. At first sight everything seems good; new teams, new riders, new stats, new races. But then, when I start in the Career Mode, team logos and country flags are all pink squares... and when I try to take a look a the different races and stages, the game crashes.

Oh and.. the game also crashes when I try to load a career I already started.

You didn't install it properly. You've probably installed it in the wrong folder of your game.
The name of the main folder of PCM can change depending on the language of your game (for example, Pro Cycling Manager - Seizonen 2011). The installation file of the Daily DB points to the English name of the folder, so you need to manually change it if your folder has another name. Here's how to correct it now: go to Program Files/Cyanide. There'll be two folders, one of them with the English name and the other with the 'normal' name. Copy/cut the files from the English name folder (Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2011) and paste them in the other folder, that will fix it.
My game is in French, but it is almost the same thing as the English version... except for one letter... Did it manually and works perfectly. THANKS A LOT!
