Making a jersey

Hi,

I'm trying to make a jersey, following several tutorials from the site
I'm using gimp but i just cant get it to work!

I copy in the jersey template, then my design layer, but then i cant merge them together, or view the 2 different layers...

Can anyone help?

What is your 'design layer'? And why do you need to merge them, as long as your file is on the correct size (455x313 pixels) you don't need to merge them. The template is only to show people where the positioning of things go on the jersey.

If you save as a png GIMP automatically merges it

I have a GIMP file(.xcf) I edited for my custom team with most parts of the shirt in separate layers and the plis on top if you want me to upload it

I think he means plis Wink

Go to Layer/The one after Mask/Color to Alpha. Then make shure the color is white, and press ok. Make sure you have market the plis layer Wink

id got the sizing wrong, all cleared up

shame its looks terrible, but thats my bad design
