Hello. I would like to make stage 3d simulations without controlling my team (as in rapid simulation), so that my riders attack etc and I can just watch.
No that isn't possible what you can do is make a team with all shitty-riders and control that one and let all riders give up from kilometer one. Than you have some sort of 3D Simulation but without you being able to do anything.

Do you know if its possible to modify database, so 1 more team can take part in all races (the shitty team)?
Assuming that you mean the single race mode and that you are using real live start lists, you could try to extend the start list.
If you are talking about a career, than it would be more complicated. You would need to edit the shitty team to all races your team participates (DYN_team_race) and obviously you would need to switch the teams whenever you are racing. But I guess you would run into problems, as you might not get any money from race wins and so on.

I can try and keep editing startlists to include that team. Can't I edit total income to avoid the problem you said?
I tell you why am I asking this... thinking about a forum game with personalized teams (into a database). And make simulations of races, trainings etc based on PCM. I would record the full 3D race and upload it, so that people can see how their teams performed. It's complicated, but think its possible
