Hello,
I have a career with Rabobank and I'm in the first season. I'm at the start of the giro (2012 version, PCM Daily 2012 DB V1), but when want to start the race it crashes almost directly. It crashes in the 3D mode as well as when I want to simulate it.
Has anybody had this before and knows what to do?
Thanks |

What does your error log file say after the crash?
You can find it in My Docs/PCM -> ProCyclingManager.log. Open it with Notepad and copy/paste the last ten lines.
My guess is that you're missing some files, perhaps due to downloading the wrong file. But we'll see. |

There's not anything in those lines that indicate a crash. Try uploading your save game. |

When I want to upload my save, it says "invalid filename/filesize". I upload the save game which is in the database/solo map. What am I doing wrong? Btw the filesize is good, because that is 1,20 mb. |

Probably a problem with the name.. make sure there are no strange characters (for example ´ ), or spaces, or anything. In any case just change the file name to 'career' and upload it.

Ok, thanks, but do I have to upload the cdb file or the file with a star before the name. The one with the star is called Carrière_2 , but can I change it then, because can I still use it when I change the name of the file? |

You have to upload the save. The save is a file with the ending .cdb. It can be found in here: my documents\pcm2011\users\your name\database\solo\name of DB\
BTW: I never have seen a file with a star in front of the filename. At least Microsoft OS never allowed the * to be part of a filename. |

I guess he's talking about the icon that .cdb files receive after you install the Fast Editor as 'opeanable in Fast Editor', which is a star, while the .cdb~ files do not get that. Like this:

Yes, that's exactly the file where I was talking about. So I have to change the name of the file with the star in front of it in a name which ends with .cdb |

I still wonder why people use the option to hide file extension of known files. That said, you just have to upload the file which has a star as image. You only have to rename it if it contains strange letters or spaces. No need to add .cdb at the end (because this file already has that ending even if you don't see it). |

Can't really see any issues with it.
Did you try your WeeklySaves? Open My Docs/PCM/Database/WeeklySave and copy one of them to My Docs/PCM/Database/Solo/Name of DB and load it in-game. |
