You could try loading a weekly save. If you're very lucky you could get back to the day of the stage, or maybe 1, 2 stages earlier. Other option would be to edit the result in DYN_classification_race, but I don't know why you want to go back a stage so I don't know if that would work for you. Iirc there's a way to go one day backwards by editing, but it's quite tricky.
I started the last Tour stage with +/- 4min to Contador with shleck. Ended up losing the yellow because i forgot i was running the stage. When i got back to the computer, the stage was over and contador won the jersey. I wanna undo that, since i didnt played the stage.

That would not change much in the career. Rider would not get the win, team would not get the money, rider/team would not get the points, ...

Going back is not that tricky, but it is a looooooooooot of work to fix the standings for all riders for all races on that day.
But the main question is, why do you want to play it again, Dareun?
If you want the money, then edit it in. Anything else would not matter in your career anyway. Your team surely will not be relegated and the statistics are for your eyes only. You should be able to remember what happened in the Tour forever, because it is so embarrassing to forget that the game is running. What did you do anyway, hopefully another person was involved and not drugs.
Edit: And why do you ask about PCM 2011 or 2010. Do you have both games and messed up the Tour in both careers?

Yes, that's why I didn't go into further details, I didn't know what had happened that made him want to go back a stage. If it was something like his leader falling with 2 kms to go on a flat stage and losing 3 minutes, and he wanted to kinda 'cheat' the game and get his leader back on the race, editing DYN_classification_race could do it.
I was killing some time, waiting for someone, that someone came, and I went out. When i came back, the stage was lost xD
Nevermind, I had some kind of a backup. and not Andy won the tour
