How to change the forme fit ?

If that's the case, then you need to edit gene_ilist_bonus_fitness in DYN_cyclist. 0 is normal, +2 is the best bonus fitness and -2, the worse. Each number is a month (from January to October). So for example Andy Schleck usually has a +2 in July and a - something in the other months, so he'll have 96~99 form in the Tour in single races and bad form in the other races (races in other months actually).
