When I click on load to load a save file, the game kicks me out to my desktop. Can someone help me with this problem? |

It could be a corrupt save game. Try moving your savegames out of the My Documents PCM folder (you can find the save games in My Docs/PCM 11/Users/username/Database/Solo). Then create a new career and try loading it afterwards.

Hmm strange, when I am going to the map Solo, there are only databases. Is this good or not? Or do I need to remove my databases? |

Maybe I can help to solve the confusion.
1. The path mentioned by lluuiiggii is not complete: My Docs/PCM 11/Users/username/Database/Solo/Name of DB/
2. Each save consists of 3 files: The save itself (*.cdb) / a backup (*.cdb~) / some other file (*.cdi)
To fix your problem:
1. Remove all files with the ending .cdb (put them in some other folder in case you need them later)
2. Delete all files with the ending .cdi
3. Remove the ~ from the backup files.
4. Start the game and load your career.

@lachi (sorry for my late answer). The game kicks me only out when I click on load menu. Once I click to load my latest file, the game goes further and I can play normally. So It's only when I click on the load menu. |

In this case one of your saves is corrupt.
Make a backup of all the saves you don't want to lose, then delete all folders in My Docs/PCM 11/Users/username/Database/Solo/ |
