Force Pro Tour Invite for E3?

In PCM's excellent 2012 DB V1, E3 lacks a force pro tour invite - can someone please let me know if I can edit this to include all PT teams as an auto invite for my current save game using Fast Editor?
If so how exactly do I do it? Any help greatly appreciated, thanks. |

STA_race -> gene_b_ForceProTour (usually the last column), change it from 0 to 1 for E3 Prijs (race ID = 39).

Thanks very much. I tried that but upon reloading my career it still shows as univited with the option of being able to ask for a wildcard :/
I just made the change and saved over users - database - solo - PCM2012DBV1 - Career_1 which I take it is the right thing to do?

The race inscriptions are made in the beginning of the year (first day), so I don't think this would work if you change it in a career since the invitations and team lineups would have already been decided (except for wild cards, obviously).

That makes sense. So I'm guessing it should kick in the following year? Thanks anyway will be good to have it included eventually

Yes, next year it should work fine. You can also change the teams for this year in DYN_team_race, but it's a bit more work since you'd need to do it manually.

If you want to have it in this season, then either fix it manually in DYN_team_race or start a new career and copy and paste the information about that race in DYN_team_race from the new career to your actual career.
(Just ignore my post if it sounds too complicated or make a backup of your career save before you try to fix it) |

Thanks for that. Am I right in thinking that using Fast Editor it's as straight forward as going to:
Team Races
Filter by race
Set all pro teams to invitation state forced for E3
Save database???
If so I might give it a go with a backup beforehand. |

Not all teams are linked to all races in that list. So you might have to replace teams before you can set the "forced" status.
Just make sure that not too many teams are participating else the game will crash.
Also I cannot say how and if conti teams apply for the wild card, but this is unrelated to the fix in DYN_team_race.
