Contract Extension in DB, if rider won't sign naturally

Sorry if this has been covered before, couldn't find it after some searching.

Basically, in my Youtube-Twitter your riders story, i have a rider who wont sign a contract, but i'm trying to keep them in my team, so my question is this-

Where in the DB do i make a change, so that a rider will have a contract for next season, rather than leaving my side?

Okay,this is almost certainly me being stupid, but where within the fast editor is that column?

Alternatively, do i need a new editor?

Are you sure you're opening the savegame? This table is only filled in savegames, in non-save game .cdb files it's indeed empty.
