Sorry to come across as an IT illiterate but what next? I've exported it and it is in my PCM exports folder. What do i do next? How do I open it? etc etc. Really in need of an idiots guide to editing a db. What about the one that comes with the game? Do I just change numbers and save it under a different db name? I am really in the dark here. can I change the riders into different teams? How do I do it all?? Many thanks.
I know this link will make sense to some but to me it is all gobbldygook. The down loaded file is saved with a RAR suffix on the end and appears to be a picture file. Why is everything associated with this so complicated to the non IT savvy?
Using the editor, which came with the game, should be easy, just don't forget to click that save button at the bottom after each change. Finally create a new database and select that database in the options of the game.
If you want to use my editor:
After you downloaded my editor you have to unpack it.
You need a tool to unpack it. For example get 7-ZIP which is free of charge.
Unpack all files into one folder and then start my editor by double-clicking LachisEditor.exe.
In my editor, click the star and the "Extract cdb". Now, if you want to edit your career, navigate to my documents\pcm2011\users\your name\database\solo\name of db\ and select your save. Or if you want to edit the database, you would find it in the folder database.

I didnt think it necessary to start a new thread, so I thought "HELP!!!! and DB editing" was as good a place as any to ask this question. Im just appealing to anyone who may have Oleg Tinkov's ASODB 11 on their PC. If possible to load this somewhere to be downloaded. He's not responding to direct requests, so I appeal to the Community for assistance.
